-Due to covid we are not accepting walk-in’s at the moment.

-Yes! As soon as you're done selecting your images and sizes we send them to the printer and you'll receive them within 15 minutes to an hour depending on the size of the images and the quantity. For large packages, if a happens that we don’t have the product in stock then it would take 1 to 3 days.

-The session is 20-30 minutes, then there are about 10-15 minutes of editing, we show you your images, you select and we print. The whole process is usually about an hour and a half.

-Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your pet!

-No, you have to come dressed for your pictures.

-Of course! You are more than welcome to bring whatever you like.

-Yes, basic edits only, for example, spot clean-ups, a pimple or a scratch, etc. But if you would like more editing than that then it would be $30 an hour.

-We are a brand new company, with the same concept but we are not affiliated with them whatsoever.

A high-resolution image is an image that you will receive through email and you are able to print as you wish or share on your social media.

-Yes, but you are limited to one outfit change for each session. If you would like a few more changes give us a call and we would be happy to plan it out for you.

If you happen to not like your pictures we will offer a reshoot and discard the previous ones

-Give us a call to let us know how late you are running, a determination will be made based on the current schedule and staff availability. Do keep in mind that we are really busy and we might not be able to show you and or print your photos on the same day.

-We offer many sessions, for example, newborn, babies, toddlers, kids/teens, family, couples, birthdays, smash cakes, weddings, portraits, headshots, and even pets! You name it, we do it!
